Isola is looking for a creative, organised and social-media-savvy Social Media Right Hand to help bring our brand to life online.
This role is perfect for a marketing, communications or social media student looking to gain hands-on industry experience, or someone who is already working and looking for a few additional hours of creative work each week.
It’s a great opportunity to work closely with the founder of a growing Australian beauty brand and build real experience across social media, content creation and digital marketing.
The role
You’ll work closely with the founder to keep Isola’s social channels active, engaging and on-brand. The role is approximately 1 hour per day, 3 days per week, with the potential for occasional additional hours for content creation days.
What you’ll do
- Post and schedule content across Isola’s social platforms
- Engage with our community through comments, DMs and relevant accounts
- Keep up with social media trends, Reels and content formats
- Create simple, beautiful photos and Reels that align with Isola’s aesthetic
- Repurpose existing content into fresh social assets
- Help maintain a consistent and cohesive Instagram presence
- Assist with occasional content creation days/on-set shoots
- Bring fresh ideas for content, trends and ways to grow engagement
- Work closely with the founder to ensure content feels authentic to the Isola brand
We’re looking for someone who
- Has a genuine love for beauty, fragrance, fashion and lifestyle
- Has a strong eye for aesthetics and understands premium/luxe branding
- Is confident creating content on a phone — especially Reels and photos
- Understands Instagram and what makes people stop scrolling
- Is naturally social, proactive and comfortable engaging with an online community
- Is reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Has a creative eye and can follow a brand aesthetic while bringing their own ideas
- Is interested in building experience in marketing, social media and content creation
- Bonus: experience with beauty, fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce brands

Hours & pay
3 days per week
Approximately 1 hour per day
$30 per hour casual
Perth-based preferred, particularly for occasional content creation days.
